At TOPS, we stand behind the quality and durability of our products. This Limited Warranty outlines what is covered, for how long, and what steps to take in the unlikely event you experience a product issue.

 

WHAT'S COVERED

We warrant that all TOPS products are free from defects in materials and manufacturing and will perform as intended when used and installed according to our published instructions.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and only to products purchased from authorized dealers or resellers.

WHAT'S NOT COVERED

This warranty does not cover:

  • Improper installation, modification, or use outside of intended applications

  • Use with non-TOPS or third-party components not recommended by us

  • Damage from harsh chemicals, sunscreen, saltwater, or pollutants

  • Normal wear and tear, fading, or weathering due to outdoor exposure

  • Accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, or vandalism

  • Damage from extreme weather events (e.g., hail, hurricanes, earthquakes)

  • Costs related to removal, reinstallation, labor, or freight

 

HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM

  1. Submit a claim via email to [info@titanbuildingproducts.com] within 5 days of noticing the issue.

  2. Include:

    • A description of the issue

    • Clear photos or video showing the defect

    • Proof of purchase showing product name and date

TOPS may request the product be returned for inspection. If the product is found to be defective under warranty, we’ll choose to either replace, or refund the item.

 

LIMITATIONS

  • Warranty coverage is limited to the original purchase price of the product.

  • This warranty is not transferable.

  • No incidental or consequential damages are covered (e.g., lost income, property damage, labor costs).

  • Coverage only applies when installed per local building codes and our product guidelines.

 

ADDITIONAL NOTES

  • Warranty duration for replacement parts continues from the original purchase date (not reset).

  • We reserve the right to substitute discontinued products with similar ones of equal quality and value.
